Nigeria's under 17 team proceeded to the final of the competition after a 3-1 drubbing of Spain last night. Although the Spanish side put up a spirited fight against the Eaglets, they couldn't outwit them. Despite holding most of the possession in the first half and the beginning of the second, the Spaniards could only come to score a consolation goal in the closing moments of the second half.

Fabregas has been an instrumental factor in Arsenal's title challenge this season and his manager might be reluctant to release him.
